I know Cheryl is friends with Michelle Stone and has come on her podcast a couple times. Just wondering if she has watched her episodes. I know she doesn’t agree with Michelle that Joseph Smith didn’t practice polygamy, wondering if that’s in light of what Michelle has said or if she hasn’t heard it all.

The problem with a growing number of "Saints" is that they are so dependent on Babylon that they have become unable to realize that God's ways are not the world's ways. The world will hold up values that are completely in opposition to God's values yet these "Saints" are so dependent on Babylon that they themselves will try to make Church history change so it appeals to Babylon. These "Saints" are followers of Satan.

I don't understand why she doesn't write a book telling things as they really happened. Moreover, starts by saying that wasn't invervied, but later reveals that was contacted but was to busy. All I hear is " I wish she wrote this and that ". Thank you Rick for another awesome interview.

Would be interesting to have a Bart Ehrman conference. I have been reading his book Forged which with authorship of Paul's letters. His Misquoting Jesus deals with manuscript problems in the production of the New Testament. Wright seems to have replaced C S Lewis for the moment to be the go to person for solace. I have been reading Peter Enns book The Bible Tells Me So. He seems very honest about the lack of evidence for the conquest of Canaan.

Wow... I'm glad you asked him that question. I learned everything I needed to know about Hales with that. He was off to the races! And I thought I was an amateur LDS historian. That hurt my neck to watch. Chariots aren't chariots with wheels. Horses weren't doing what they were doing in Joseph's day, but he was upgrading it for us in our day... What? Joseph didn't tell his family stories about the ancient native Americans, as if he had lived among them his whole life, like his mother claimed. The original 1830 BoM _DID_ have New England phrases. I officially can't take Hales seriously anymore... That was super enlightening. That was the right question to ask him. Thanks for sharing that!

But throughout the story he speaks to only one God and is spoken to by only one God. Given that, we can conclude he became a monotheist by the end.

The missionaries preach the Gospel to the German immigrants in Brazil. The missionaries were proselytising in German. They were forbidden to speak German during the Second World War. Preaching to the Brazilian was a challenge.

What is the DC 7:09 verse about priests should be passing sacrament? Regardless isnt that a minor point? Except for the LDS leaders acting just like Baptist and Methodist leaders did with JS, why must these two beliefs be mutually exclusive? Why couldn't more plates be revealed, aren't we expecting them? Why couldn't there be an authentic spiritual history of Great Britain? Someone is going to say additional plates should come through SLC. Perhaps they should but perhaps The Institutional Church is focusing too much on just that, the "institution" and and maintaining control over the membets, and less on The Restored Gospel.

Does Chris's Church keep a closer connection to Freemasonry than the LDS Church? In the LDS Church, the Masonic origin of temple ceremony and symbolism is almost forgotten, if not actively suppressed, which almost feels like an apostasy. Are there fundamentalist groups cherishing these roots?

Thank you again for another great interview. The early form of the endowment is of great interest to me. I wish I could have received it instead of what is being given in the main church body. I have studied many Gnostic Christian texts and they also imply a longer form endowment running through the night. I have found transcripts of the earlier form of the endowment and I have read what Brigham Young said about the lecture at the veil. I like the statement that It is not good for man to be alone for we are not alone referring to the Father and the Son being married. Not sure if this is part of your endowment but that is what I read from Brigham Young.

Do you think the church will eventually retract the Passages in the Standard works that have racial undertones?

It was John's "Why I Stay" presentation that sent me on a 10 year long Faith Crisis spiral, so just because he has heard from some people that he has helped them stay he has no idea how many people have left and never come back or left and are now stronger than ever like myself. Just imagine how many families that John has destroyed with his "work". I would encourage to truly dig deep in these LGBT suicides from LDS kids. It's dishonest science that doesn't tell the whole story.
